Scope of Work

We are looking for a Partnership & Business Development Manager based in Malaysia to grow our business within the real estate. You will be responsible for building and maintaining business relationships to increase profits. You will be responsible for onboarding new partners and growing the portfolio of the channels in Lyte Malaysia. Along with our Malaysia team, you will be working closely with our cross-border teams (product, marketing, business development etc) in Lyte.

Key Responsibilities

You will be required to focus on 3 key areas:

(1) Partnerships – Onboard new business partners, manage and grow existing business

(2) Explore new market segments and/or products

(3) Plan and execute various sales and marketing activities.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

Partnerships

  1. Present to and onboard new partners
  2. Provide market feedback to grow the portfolio of channels to increase sales and revenue
  3. Perform assessments on business performance to analyse gaps and opportunities in current portfolio
  4. Gather market feedback and competitors’ information and offerings to support recommendations for new product and service offerings

Business Development

  1. Explore new market segments
  2. Analyse the impact of pursuits on business in collaboration with internal departments
  3. Implement plans for adapting existing products for new business opportunities
  4. Implement plans for adapting tailored distribution and channel approaches to various customer segment needs

Drive sales and marketing activities

  1. Assist to develop sales and marketing activities to increase sales and/or promote products and services
  2. Conduct research to support the marketing plans of products and services to drive growth objectives
