You should have met the following criteria: –

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or management
  • At least 3 years successful track record in sales and negotiation
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to connect with customers
  • Real estate experience is a bonus
  • Able to work full-time (40 hours per week).

Scope of Work

You will execute various sales and marketing activities, monitor the various channels for prospective partners and evaluate market research findings, data analysis and present the findings.

You will also provide market feedback to the management and support relationship building with existing and new buyers and vendors, and organise events and roadshows.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

  1. Support development of business strategies
    a) Support business development plans with quantitative research to inform business development strategies
    b) Analyse impact of pursuits on business in collaboration with internal departments
    c) Develop quantitative measures of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across teams to monitor and analyse progress during implementation
    d) Provide working level support to execute implementation plans for adapting existing products for new business opportunities
    e) Propose tailored distribution and channel approaches to various customer segment needs
  2. Enhance current business portfolio
    a) Provide market feedback to grow portfolio of channels to increase sales and revenue
    b) Perform assessments on business performance to analyse gaps and opportunities in current portfolio
    c) Gather market feedback and competitors’ information and offerings to support recommendations for new product and service offerings
    d) Conduct research on market movements, business disruptors and economic landscape to identify new business opportunities
  3. Drive sales and marketing activities
    a) Assist to develop sales and marketing activities to increase sales and/or promote products and services
    b) Conduct research to support the marketing plans of products and services to drive growth objectives
    c) Handle events and other promotional methods to promote products and services
    d) Conduct events and other promotional methods to engage sales directors and advisors
    e) Coordinate preparation of front-line staff to execute sales and marketing activities
    f) Track budgets for sales and marketing activities

This role will report to the VP of BD and Partnerships in Lyte.
