Job Requirements

Qualifications required:

Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance or related disciplines.

Eligibility Criteria:

Singapore Citizen; and

a. Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020; or

b. Graduated earlier and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020.

Scope of Work

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Commercial Relationship Manager Trainee to help us expand our clientele base. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Specific Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect for new SME customers and pro-actively market our financial solutions to meet their needs.
  2. Client servicing and to increase utilisation to enhance share of wallet.
  3. Pro-actively monitor credit quality through early problem loan recognition and implement appropriate strategies.
  4. Support the Risk Team through credit analysis and reporting for relevant matters across APAC;
  5. Handle all credit analysis matters including performing due diligence and credit risk analysis of new clients;
  6. Work on projects which may be assigned from time to time.
Job Highlights

Technical Skills and Competencies Trainee  will learn:

  1. To conduct credit analysis on companies which includes understanding company’s financials
  2. Participate in business meetings and work together with the business development manager(s) in structuring credit solutions
  3. To calculate interest based on various loan structures and prepare Letter of Offers to client
  4. To work as a team to push new leads out of the sales funnel.
