  • A highly adaptable individual who is motivated, organized, and passionate about the freelancing scene in Singapore.
  • Lasalle, SOTA, NAFA, Diploma graduates are encouraged to apply! University Degrees are not necessary as we believe everyone has unique skills to offer and can learn on the job.
  • Highly nimble and can navigate modern technologies, platforms, tools with ease.
  • Bonus if you have any of these:
    • Can build websites or want to build websites.
    • Highly familiar with Discord, Twitch, TikTok streaming sites.
    • Can produce short videos.
    • Can design and illustrate.
Scope of Work

As a community engagement manager you will enable Lyte to re-imagine and deliver the ideal community experience. You will leverage on human-centered design that is grounded in commercial reality. You will be actively growing our community of freelancers and engaging with them.

Description

  • Investigate hot topics and events that creative and digital freelancers are interested in.
  • Work closely with the product team to develop growth and engagement strategies (online & offline) for our freelancer community that build a sense of community.
  • Execute on the team’s growth strategies that drive enable user acquisition and growth and retention through various marketing channels – CRM, social media, digital & content marketing, KOLs & advocates, PR, communications.
  • Develop a strong feedback pipeline for event participants.
  • Build relationships with new and existing community members.
  • Co-run the freelancer community chat group by interacting with creative and digital freelancers in Singapore.
  • Put together design collaterals for social and community marketing activities.
  • Organize sit-down talk-shows with freelancers in Singapore.
  • Support the execution of both qualitative and quantitative user research in the form of user tests, surveys, and interviews.
