Job Requirements
  • Diploma/ Degree holder with 3-5 years of prior experience at a financial institution or fintech company in operations
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets
  • Detail-oriented mindset and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt, learn, and problem solve on the fly with limited guidance
  • A proactive approach in assessing unclear situations with limited information
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders empathetically
  • Precise and high level of attention to details, able to produce accurate and quality work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills and willingness to help team members out
  • Experience working with a remote team is an additional bonus
  • Ability to develop, organise, and maintain process documentation
  • Ability to thrive in a VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) environment
Scope of Work
  • Be responsible for building relationships with business stakeholders across the organization, understand their needs and data requirements, and providing relevant data reports, visualizations, analysis, and meaningful insights in a timely manner
  • Ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion, while acting as an effective team player who can lead efforts across disciplines
  • Support the team in implementing strategic and operational initiatives, collaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Create, drive and maintain standard operating procedures (Business planning, quarterly performance review etc.)
  • Experience working with internal/external stakeholders in multiple geographic regions
  • Experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance
