Operations Associate (Based in SG)

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration/ Analytics / Accountancy (Fresh graduates are welcome!)
• Intermediate/advanced experiences with excel using index/match, sumifs, google sheet query and pivot tables to solve operational problems efficiently.
• Attention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy when assigned with tasks.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders empathetically
• Precise and high level of attention to details, able to produce accurate and quality work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
• Good team player with excellent communication skills and willingness to help team members out
• Hard-working, self-motivated, proactive.
• Capable to work effectively under pressure and tight deadline
• Familiar with MS Office applications, such as Outlook, Excel, Words

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in general day to day operations processing functions, including client onboarding, account servicing, document management
• Processing and / or checking of transactions and respective supporting documents from Product team
• Ability to identify discrepancies, highlight irregularities and red flag items during processing
• Ensure timely and prompt data processing
• Ensure processes and controls adheres to guidelines (internal, regulatory, etc.)
• Create and maintain excel reports
• Co-operate with team members to achieve daily tasks assigned
• Timely and accurate execution of work assigned
• Create, drive and maintain standard operating procedures (Business planning, quarterly performance review etc.)
