  • 6+ years of marketing and communications experiences preferable in the finance / fintech space
  • Native level proficiency in both written and spoken English. Strong in communications and language expression capability
  • Content creation and/or editorial experience (in news, tech, finance preferred)
  • Experienced owning and executing a content strategy and track results over time
  • Fundamental understanding of web traffic metrics, analytics and content optimization
  • Trade marketing experience is preferred
  • Strive in fast-changing environment and high adaptable
  • Exceptional project management skills, with ability to lead projects independently.
  • Strong comprehension ability in finance and technology related topics; Understanding of the neobank space is a plus
Scope of Work
The Role

Lyte is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies with the aim to increase brand awareness and growing our user base in the Southeast Asian region.

  • Develop effective marketing and brand communication planning and ultimately expand Lyte’s digital footprint and brand awareness in the Southeast Asia region across different target audiences
  • Quickly develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and users to drive brand activities and various marketing campaigns
  • Evaluate campaign performance and provide reporting on optimization opportunities and learnings that can be scaled across all regions
  • Evaluate and report on trends, opportunities and learnings to uncover marketing opportunities
  • Lead the trade marketing team and collaborate closely with growth marketing team to drive rapid user growth through our channel partners
  • Lead the content marketing team and drive key initiatives to position Lyte in the digital space including social media platforms and website content
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to at least 2 marketing executives so that they are able to execute well
  • Work closely with various stakeholders especially product teams to identify common marketing needs for the region through campaigns and content
  • Work closely with the senior management team to set brand directions
  • Innovate new ways to increase brand awareness and keep up to date on modern marketing trends
