You should meet the following criteria: –

  1. Have a Law degree or higher professional qualification
  2. Preparing for the bar or already admitted to the Supreme Court of Singapore
  3. 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience
Scope of Work

You will report directly to the CEO of the Company and your main tasks and responsibilities will be as follows: –

  • Develop pipeline of potential partnerships with freelancer and business-to-business platforms globally, and to drive these through the funnel in line with Company’s objectives
  • Support the expansion of the products and markets by focusing on sourcing new prospects and facilitating initial engagements and user validation, and to travel to key markets in pursuit of the aforementioned;
  • Maintain, retain, and drive successful business partnerships with strategic global partners to achieve business financial objectives and manage all aspects of the interaction with our partners;
  • Manage the Company’s relationships and partnerships with external parties and agencies, including but not limited to multi-channel networks and freelancer aggregators;
  • Broaden the adoption of our products through establishing partnerships with quality bases that synergises with the Company’s service offerings;
  • Participate in product development and localisation planning and implementation with the product development team for local and global user roll outs, including preparing product specifications for partner integrations;
  • Work directly with the management team on ad-hoc sales and marketing strategies, product development, business development goals, and deliver high-quality output and impactful recommendations;
  • Conduct industry-specific or jurisdiction-specific research projects related to market outlook, market environment, and competitor benchmarking;
  • Conduct initial assessment of product regulatory feasibility for new jurisdictions and aid legal team and Head of Legal in local legal counsel coordination and fieldwork where necessary;
  • Facilitate partner legal due diligence, AML, CTF, KYC checks, compliance interviews and partnership contract drafting in support of legal team for regional and global expansion; and
  • Perform any other duties assigned.
